“Since working with Ross, he has helped the track and field community understand so many notions. Ross’ presence on our Coaches Collab calls has bridged a simplistic gap between athletic training, strength and conditioning, and biomechanics with coaches that has existed and goes unsolved in so many event groups. I have had numerous coaches who reach out to me and ask who Ross is, where is he at, what institution is he associated with, etc., all with the desire to become a part of his network. Ross challenges us all, as coaches, to ask why we have done all of our exercises, drills, and tasks the way we do. He has enlightened so many in the short time of exposure to the Coaches Collab. Personally, I will make sure that I have Ross in my circle as long as he allows me to! He is a true gift to all disciplines that he is allowed to effect. His knowledge, application, and passion for all things is unparalleled and though often attempted, never replicated!”
