“I have worked with many athletic trainers over the course of my coaching career and have seen many different styles and approaches to athletic training. My experience working with Ross has made my job easier. His knowledge in the field is unquestioned and has stood out to me from the beginning. Being a coach himself, he understands what we go through and wants to collaborate with our staff to best serve our team. Head coaches need to have a good relationship and communication with their athletic trainer and we partner together to best support our players. Ross listens to our athletes; they trust his diagnoses and his treatments to ensure a safe and quick return. Ross is continually educating himself on new treatments and looking for better ways for our athletes to train to achieve their best performance. He takes the lead to make sure that our players, parents, medical support team, and our coaches are working together for the best outcome of the student. His approach to every aspect of being an athletic trainer is outstanding and I hope I am able to work with him for many years to come.”
