“Ross has undeniably transformed the culture of Troy athletics. As a volleyball coach I am so grateful for all of the time and effort Ross put in to help my volleyball players get better. Not only would he sacrifice his time during practice and our home games, but he would often come in at the break of dawn to help us prepare before we left for all day tournaments.

Ross always went out of his way to make sure my volleyball players had the best care which allowed me to focus on the specifics of coaching. I was always amazed at how hard he worked and how he would always put in extra time. I was also grateful for his attention to detail. If he did not quite know what was going on with an athlete, he would often study until he knew how to solve the issue.

As a parent I am grateful for how he always went above and beyond to help my son and daughter with not only their nagging injuries, but in taking the time to talk with them individually about life goals and what to look forward to in the future as students and athletes.

Ross is a valuable asset and excellent resource and we are grateful for everything he has done at our school.”
