It took a lot of perseverance working with the staff and team to schedule available times in our weight room where Ross provided valuable strength and conditioning coaching and injury prevention programming. When there were injuries (thankfully far fewer than there would have been without Ross’ services), Ross was able to handle anything that came his way promptly, professionally, and with up-front communication. The girls were comfortable going to Ross to receive treatment and to train in a weight room that now thrives with athletes that believe in what he has taught them.
